One of the common issues that had been discuss more often is the proper way of driving and everyone is so vain to know the proper way of driving in order to avoid vehicular accidents that had been reported from time to time. Many discussions had been made, forums, and conducted seminars on how to drive properly but until today you can still heard reports of different vehicular accidents involving different personalities. Through this way, the government is sure that the daily record of reported vehicular accidents will be controlled and much probably reduce its rate since it is already an alarming issues that needs to be taking care of right away. Alongside with this imposed law, many newly made provisions that states the proper way of driving and provide specific guidelines on how to be safe while driving such as the mandate of using a seatbelt before operating your car. The implemented road guidelines are applicable to all the citizens covered within the vicinity of every city directed with this order. On the other hand, additional seatbelt for the kids is also being required for the proper and safety measure to any child on bored. Plus the additional warnings of not driving if you are under the influence of alcohol, driving without license, driving using your mobile phone for communication and driving as a minor age is a great offense that constitutes imprisonment and penalties. These are just a few of several guidelines and warnings that being provided by the government to ensure the welfare of so many people but still, many people don’t understand the importance of this warnings and guidelines and always feel free to do anything that they want even if it is being prohibited.

This Guidelines and ordinance are being monitored by those concern agencies that involves in this issue. This is the main reason why there are only a few countries today that is considered as the safest place to drive in. According to the report that being delivered by International Traffic Safety Data and Analysis Group, it states that Denmark and The Netherlands is one of those European countries to be considered safe for driving. On the other hand, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Cyprus, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, and Ireland are still belong to the world’s Top Ten Safest Countries to drive while United States, Belgium, Korea, Greece, Poland, Russia, Turkey, Slovakia, and Czech republic are belong to the most dangerous place for driving.
